We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator with 3–4 years of relevant experience to support the smooth functioning of our warehouse and program operations.
The role requires someone who is a clear and thoughtful communicator, able to navigate situations with patience and a solution-oriented approach. This role will serve as a key point of coordination between teams, artists, and external partners, ensuring that processes run seamlessly.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, attentive to detail, and brings a sense of responsibility and care to their work—particularly in managing shared spaces, resources, and relationships.

1. Coordination and Operations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of programs and day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Support setup, flow, and overall readiness of the space for events and activities.
2. Visitor and Audience Experience
- Welcome and assist audiences, visitors, and partners at the warehouse.
- Provide orientation of the space and share relevant information about programs and facilities.
- Ensure a warm, respectful, and well-managed visitor experience.
3. Donor and Guest Management
- Track donor passes and maintain guest lists accurately.
- Coordinate with relevant platforms and teams to ensure smooth entry and access management.
- Maintain and update records related to donor engagement.
4. Data and Records Management
- Maintain accurate records of footfalls using Excel sheets and CRM systems.
- Prepare and update account statements related to donor passes as required.
5. Vendor and Compliance Coordination
- Coordinate with valet and external vendors for operational requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of documents, including original licences and vendor-related paperwork, to the Administration team.
6. Inventory and Facility Oversight
- Manage and track lost and found items, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
- Support upkeep and organisation of shared spaces and resources.
7. Program Debrief and Feedback
Participate in post-program debriefs to share observations and support continuous improvement of operations and visitor experience.

Restaurant Manager
Work Experience: 3 to 5 years
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our restaurant, PORT Kitchen & Bar, located within the G5A warehouse, a vibrant cultural centre. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for food, culture, and exceptional hospitality. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the restaurant, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, and providing a memorable dining experience that reflects both the spirit of the restaurant and the cultural centre.

- Operational Leadership: Take charge of the overall restaurant operations, including staff management, scheduling, training, and supervision. Monitor and maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and safety to uphold the restaurant and cultural centre’s reputation.
- Customer Experience: Prioritize guest satisfaction by ensuring patrons receive top-notch service and an authentic cultural experience. Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Menu Development and Quality Control: Collaborate with the culinary team to create culturally-inspired menus that align with the ethos of the restaurant while also keeping the ethos and operations of the cultural centre in mind. Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Financial Management. Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities to optimize revenue. Implement cost-control measures without compromising on quality.
- Marketing and Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to promote the restaurant through various channels. Participate in events and initiatives within the cultural centre to attract diverse audiences and increase footfall.
- Staff Training and Development: Train, mentor, and motivate the restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Inventory and Supply Management: Oversee inventory levels, ordering processes, and vendor relationships to ensure a well-stocked and efficient operation.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling standards, and all relevant legal requirements.
- Event Management: Coordinate and manage special events, private bookings, and group reservations, tailoring experiences to meet the needs of various cultural celebrations and gatherings.
- Cultural Engagement: Embrace and promote the cultural centre’s vision and values, integrating the restaurant into the overall cultural experience.
