Across two half-day sessions, you’ll learn:

Led by experienced facilitators in a supportive, hands-on environment, this course blends essential theory with live practice and reflection. You’ll walk away with a facilitation toolkit you can use straight away—and a clearer sense of your own facilitation style.

Whether you’re a team lead, project manager, or aspiring facilitator, this is your starting point for running meetings people actually want to attend.

This course is based on the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) process developed by Alex Osborn and Sid Parnes. The CPS process is open source and in the public domain. This training is delivered by The LAB School, whose facilitators are part of the core faculty of trainers at the Creative Education Foundation (CEF), and aligns with CEF’s facilitation standards.
