Open Problem-Solving Sprints
Open Problem-Solving Sprints are fast-paced, immersive workshops—typically lasting one or two days that help teams tackle a specific challenge or opportunity.
Whether you’re launching a new product, tackling a service bottleneck, or navigating strategic uncertainty, the Sprint gives you clarity and momentum—fast.
Drawing on Design thinking, Creative Problem Solving, and Facilitation best practices, Sprints guide participants through a structured arc from problem framing to actionable solutions.
Sprints work best for accelerating strategic thinking, aligning teams and solving what matters.

Benefits
